1. Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
Delivery within India usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on location.
We currently do not offer international shipping (can be customized).
Customers will receive a tracking link once the order has been shipped.
2. Return & Replacement Policy
Since our products are edible items, returns or refunds are not accepted once the package is opened.
If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging.
We will offer a replacement or refund after verification.
No refunds are provided for issues arising due to improper storage after delivery.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped yet.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
4. Storage & Usage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Use a clean, dry spoon each time to maintain freshness.
Once opened, consume within 6 months for best taste and quality.
