At Baun Shakti, we take great care to ensure our food products reach you in perfect condition.
Because our items are perishable, we follow a strict 24-hour return and refund policy after delivery.

1. Eligibility for Return or Refund

  • You can request a return or refund within 24 hours of the order being delivered.

  • After 24 hours, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to the perishable nature of our food items.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)

  • Returns are accepted only in cases of:

    • Damaged or leaking packaging at the time of delivery

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Quality issues verified by our team

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request:

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your claim is verified and approved, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

  • If applicable, we may arrange a pickup or request you to dispose of the damaged item safely.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products reported after 24 hours of delivery

  • Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with

  • Items purchased on discounts, offers, or bundles

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
